Shipping area

  • Americas：Canada, Mexico, USA
  • Asia：Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia
  • Europe：France, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden, UK
  • Oceania：Australia, New Zealand
  • Middle East：Saudi Arabia, UAE

※For the Hong Kong area, if the delivery address is the warehouse or pier, extra TWD$1,200 handling fee will be charged. And the buyer also has to pay the extra warehouse cost.

  • The shipping may be affected due to COVID-19. If it happened, we will contact with buyer to cancel the order.

  • Shipping area will be updated according to the circumstances. 

 

Shipping and delivery

  • We will arrange the shipment within 3 workind days after ordering. The delivery period will be various by the carriers.

 

Payment and carriers

  • The carriers and shipping fees will be various by destinations, please refer to the shipment information in the cart.

  •  The cooperated carriers are DHL, Goodmaji and so on.

    ※Online payment is available with VISA, JCB, MASTER, and UnionPay.

 

How to check the orders

  • When the order is confirmed, you will receive the【Order confirmed】e-mail from system.

  • When the order is shipped, you will receive the【Goods shipment】e-mail from the system. The e-mail will be included the tracking number and the website for checking.

 

Overseas shopping

  • Customs

1.  POURX only charge the order amount and shipping fee (as order details). Buyer should pay the import customs and related tax when the expense occurs.

2.  The expense is claimed by the local government, not POURX. 

3.  Since the expense is not charged by POURX, if the extra fee is occurred due to the return shipment, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • European Union VAT De Minimis Regulatory change

Due to the European Union VAT De Minimis Regulatory changed, buyer should pay the related expense.

※The related expense is charged by the local government.

  • Package is not picked up with no reason

If the package is scrapped by any parties with not POURX’s responsibility, POURX will not refund you (including shipping fee, order amount and so on).

  • Customs inspection

Some countries request filling in the ID number/PCCC when finishing the order. If the package is detained or scrapped by any parties due to the missing or incorrect information, POURX will not refund you (including shipping fee, order amount and so on). Please make sure the information correct.
