  1. POURX only charge the order amount and shipping fee (as order details). Buyer should pay the import customs and related tax when the expense occurs. 

  2. Since the expense is not charged by POURX, if the extra fee is occurred due to the return shipment, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

MAINTAIN ACCURACY
High temperature might affect the accuracy and life of the scale over time. It's recommended to put the heat resistant pad on Pourx oura scale for longer brews.
 
PROTECTION
Effectively protect Pourx oura scale from getting scratched and damage from heat.
 
NON-FLIP MATERIAL
It’s easy to clean and the heat resistance is up to 200°C / 392 °F. 
 
FILTER FOLDING GUIDE
There are reference lines on the surface of the pad, which helps you easily fold the filter to ​match different types of paper filters and drippers. For example, apply a fan-shaped paper filter to the conical dripper and vice versa.

 


 

Return

Return / exchange period 

The return/ exchange application can be applied within 30 days once you received it. If the period is over 30 calendar days, return/exchange application is not be taken up.  
 

Condition of return/exchange

  • The major defects or malfunctions are caused by manufacturing. Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive it.
  • Once be judged DOA (Dead on Arrival), POURX will pay the cost of replacement and round-trip fee.
  • Only accept the return/exchange for the product purchased from Pourx Store.
※The return/exchange application of the damage caused by improper use or natural disasters, etc., is not accepted, but you can follow the product warranty policy for the maintenance support.
