Engraving Service Specification

 

1. Please reply the characters and position which you want within 2 days after placing your order. If we don’t receive the request within the period, the service is not provided and the product will be shipped out directly.

2. The font is cursive, and the length is limited to 10 characters. If all text is uppercase, the length is limited to 5 characters.
 

3. We will slightly adjust the characters, and every engraving will be slightly different.

4. The free laser engraving is once only. Re-engraving is not provided.

5. The engraving content can’t contain the style which is violation of social goodness and customs.

6. The product with engraving is not acceptable for refund or replace, unless the product has major defects.
