  • Pourx store only supports VISA, JCB, Master Card, and PayPal.
  • The price on the screen is converted by local current or USD. The order is transacted by TWD (New Taiwan Dollar). The real payment is based on the exchange rate of your bank.

     

    What to do if the payment fails?
    • Please try to pay on the other browser, and temporarily disable the extensional program.
    • Contact with your bank to understand that they support the overseas transactions, on-line payment and 3D Secure verification program.

     

    The reasons of failed payment

    • Your credit card is not available for the overseas transaction, please check with your bank.
    • Not finish the 3D Secure verification in the final step.
    1. The browser stops the pop-up window, and it may prevent the extra 3D Secure pages.
    2. The phone number which bank sent to the message is not the same phone number with your current number.
    3. Your bank is not in 3D Secure verification program.
