Refund policy

 

To compliance with the return policy, all product on POURX website is available to apply refund or exchange.

 

Return / exchange period

The return/ exchange application can be applied within 30 days once you received it. If the period is over 30 calendar days, return/exchange application is not be taken up.

 

Condition of return/exchange

  • The major defects or malfunctions are caused by manufacturing. Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive it.

  • Once be judged DOA (Dead on Arrival), POURX will pay the cost of replacement and round-trip fee.

  • Only accept the return/exchange for the product purchased from Shopify.

※The return/exchange application of the damage caused by improper use or natural disasters, etc., is not accepted, but you can follow the product warranty policy for the maintenance support.

 

DOA return/exchange

  • Refund

The refund will reach to the original credit card bank within 10~14 working days once POURX received the return. (Since the process days are various by banks, please contact your bank for the details).

 

Application process

  • Please fill in the following information and send the e-mail to support@pourxlab.com:

    Order information(receipt)、Order number, Name, Email, Phone number, Product name, return reason, refund or exchange.

  • We will reply to explain the following:

    1. How to check the product problem by e-mail (e.g., send back the operation video)

    2. Packing

    3. Stick the label on the package

    4. Send the product back with the original package and carton to us.

  • The return/ exchange process will take 4~6 working weeks.

 

Others

  • Clearance, final discount products are not suitable for return/exchange.

  • POURX will not pay the customs fee due to shipment. All packages should be remarked “Goods returned for repair.

  • Please keep your package return certificate properly until you receive our email confirming that we are processing your return and exchange.

  • DOA will be picked up by POURX assigned carriers. We will not compensate any cost or damages by other carriers.

  • Customer service time: Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 (Taiwan time). Customer service center will reply to the e-mail within 24 hours in working day.
