What to do if the payment fails

The reasons of failed payment

  • Your credit card is not available for the overseas transaction, please check with your bank.
  • Not finish the 3D Secure verification in the final step.
    1. The browser stops the pop-up window, and it may prevent the extra 3D Secure pages.
    2. The phone number which bank sent to the message is not the same phone number with your current number.
    3. Your bank is not in 3D Secure verification program.
