What to do if the payment fails

- Contact with your bank to understand that they support the overseas transactions, on-line payment and 3D Secure verification program.
The reasons of failed payment
- Your credit card is not available for the overseas transaction, please check with your bank.
- Not finish the 3D Secure verification in the final step.
- The browser stops the pop-up window, and it may prevent the extra 3D Secure pages.
- The phone number which bank sent to the message is not the same phone number with your current number.
- Your bank is not in 3D Secure verification program.
